Jerry, It's been about, 1 year, since you installed our Custom Replacement Windows. Mary Ann and I had to drop you a line to let you know how much we love them!!! The etched , diamond cut glass is 1st class. Your suggestion to go with one crank out window on all the windows except two was a great one. We can see so much more with less obstruction in the center, where two crank out windows would have come together. We would have like them, anyway. We hadn't seen one window crankouts, but having seen them we realize this was the way to go. You can see why casement windows are definitely the way to go for security reasons! The wood look interior and the tan exterior enhanced our tudor decor. We enjoy looking at them and wishing we had done it sooner. The comfort in our home last winter was far greater than years past.The installers ran into a few snags and work one day in the rain. We were impressed and found them very accomadating with a few of our impromptu suggestions. Oh, Marry Ann has fallen in love with her garden window you recommended we do at the time. We would have lost out on that enjoyment ! Can you tell we're very happy and we're very satisfied as customers. WE would highly recommend you if the opportunity presents itself.
